• App interactions (features used, watch history, watchlist activity)

• General location (city-level, for content recommendations)
• Payment transaction references via Google Play (no card details are stored by us)

We may process your genre preferences, watch history, and saved titles to deliver personalized anime recommendations and micro drama suggestions. This data is used solely to improve your in-app experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver anime discovery, micro drama playback, and personalized recommendations
• Maintain your watchlist and viewing progress
• Improve app performance and features
• Provide customer support and service notifications
• Process in-app purchases via Google Play
• Analyze usage trends to enhance the product

Upon verification of your identity, we will delete:

• Your watchlist, viewing history, and preferences
• App usage and interaction data
• Payment history (subject to legal retention requirements)

d. Data Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years)
• Data necessary to comply with legal obligations

e. Processing Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within:

You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.

⚠️ Important Note:

Deleting your data is irreversible. Once deleted, you will lose access to your watchlist, viewing history, and all associated data. If you wish to use ToonMaxxing again, you will need to create a new account.

7. Children's Privacy

ToonMaxxing is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information, please contact us to remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the app post changes implies acceptance of the revised policy.
