Welcome to ToonMaxxing, operated by Capslock Marketplaces Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ToonMaxxing mobile application, website, and all related services ("Service").

By using the ToonMaxxing app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ToonMaxxing. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access premium features, you must register with your mobile number and complete OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

ToonMaxxing may offer free and premium features.

• Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Google Play.
• By subscribing, you authorize Google Play to charge the payment method linked to your account until you cancel.
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time via Google Play subscription settings.
• No refunds will be issued for partial periods or unused time unless required by law.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use ToonMaxxing only for lawful entertainment purposes
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the platform
• Not post or transmit harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Not interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the app
• Respect intellectual property rights of anime content licensors

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.

5. Content & Streaming

ToonMaxxing provides access to anime micro dramas, clips, and discovery features.

• Content availability may vary by region and licensing agreements.
• You may not download, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service.
• Streaming quality depends on your device and network connection.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and designs in ToonMaxxing are the exclusive property of Capslock Marketplaces Private Limited.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
• "ToonMaxxing" and associated marks are trademarks owned by us.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep ToonMaxxing running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may undergo maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues from time to time.

We are not liable for any loss due to service interruptions or delays.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

You may discontinue your subscription and delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming or specific content availability
• The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
